We left at 12:30 and dropped the anchor late afternoon in Prince Rupert Bay off Portsmouth. Dominica - pronounced Dom-uh-neeka.
It is very mountainous and beautiful. There are signs saying "Keep Doniminca beautiful. Don't litter." These are the first signs we have seen like this and it seems to be working as Dominica has the least liter laying about of any Caribbean island we have seen to date. BVI's excluded. BVI's are like a Disney theme park.
