Yesterday I read in the Antigua Observer newspaper that a school over in the Five Island area of Antigua will start teaching Chinese. The Chinese government awards several scholarships to high school students to go and study in China. This new program will give the kids a leg up on those scholarships.
I also saw a 1/2 page ad for Spanish lessons provided by the Venezuela government. Antigens can learn Spanish thanks to the Venezuela Government.
