Improved Swim Ladder

With my Chicken G illness last year, normal boat aches and pains, and aging, we decided that our swim ladder needed an additional step (in the middle) to help us me get back out of the water safely.  Tom measured and marked it up and then had Chag Fab here in Trinidad weld it up.   Bing, boom, bang and it was done.  The result turned out nice.
